New Orleans photo journal

September 29, 2016

I love, love New Orleans. I’ve been there four times and every time I leave I can’t wait to go come back. I’m obsessed with the architecture, the history, the ghosts, the legends, the traditions, the feeling. Our latest trip was no exception. Here are a few (or many) of my favorite moments.

These are SO wonderful! You have such great photos depicting the beauty of New Orleans architecture! I am from New Orleans and I miss its uniqueness. Please share where you took some of the shots especially the indoor ones (pics 21-25 and 70 & 71). I have always wanted to see the interior of these beauties. Thank you ever so much!

Aw, thank you! I love New Orleans so much and it makes me happy that I can impress a native 🙂 The interior shots were taken at 807 Esplanade, where my husband and I stay when we visit. It’s a lovely old mansion that has been well restored and is available for weekly rentals.
